1 Cup of All Purpose Flour = 120 Grams

1 Cup of Bread Flour = 120 Grams

1 Cup of Cake Flour = 110 Grams

1 Cup of Granulated Sugar = 200 Grams

1 Cup of Packed Brown Sugar = 200 Grams

1 Cup of Powdered Sugar = 130 Grams

1 Cup of Corn Starch = 128 ( 1 Tablespoon = 8 grams)

1 Large Egg Yolk = 20 Grams

1 Large Egg White = 30 Grams

1 Stick of Butter (8 Tablespoons) = 114 Grams

1 Cup of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder = 100 Grams (For most of my baking I use Cacao Barry
