Join Tina Zaccardi, winner of The Great American Baking Show, and Wendy Pregiato, winner of Outchef’d, for a deliciously fun evening filled with expert tips, fresh flavors, and irresistible dishes!
The Westchester Italian Cultural Center will once again transform their kitchen into a dining room! Spring is in the air—and on the menu! This three-course cooking demonstration will highlight the best of the season, featuring bright citrus, fresh peas, and delicate desserts that are as stunning as they are delicious.
First Course: Tina will kick things off with a refreshing Citrus Fennel Salad, where crisp fennel, juicy orange supremes, and red onions meet the bold flavors of gorgonzola, toasted pistachios, and a luscious orange honey vinaigrette.
Main Course: Wendy will share her oven-baked risotto that brings gourmet flavors to your kitchen – without the fuss. Wendy will prepare a creamy Spring Pea & Prosciutto Risotto that delivers all the velvety richness of traditional risotto—without the endless stirring! Sweet, tender peas, crispy prosciutto, and a generous dose of Parmesan make this dish a true celebration of spring. This risotto is comfort food at its finest—elevated yet effortless.
Dessert: To finish the evening on a sweet note, Tina will prepare a light and elegant Pistachio Panna Cotta, served with a vibrant raspberry sauce, crunchy pistachio brittle, and a delicate Tuile cookie.
Come for the flavor, stay for the fun, and leave with incredible recipes to recreate at home. Don’t miss this chance to cook, taste, and learn from two champion chefs in one unforgettable evening!
Wine will be served!
