Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir together until just combined, and you no longer see any flour.
Place the batter into a squeeze bottle with a ¼” opening and pipe your pancakes onto a prepared griddle or pan.
Pile the mini pancakes on a plate and top with the chocolate sauce, whipped cream, and crushed oreos.
