My Version of The Roger’s Centre Oreo Mini Pancakes

This is the third in my recipe series where I recreate or put my own twist on some Major League Baseball Stadium Desserts.

These Oreo Mini Pancakes come from The Rogers Centre, home of the Toronto Blue Jays.

Thanks to the Blue Jays I’m seeing pancakes in a whole new light.

STAR BAKER TIPS

⭐️Don’t over mix the batter.  Just mix util you no longer see any flour.

⭐️Use a plastic squeeze bottle to make dispensing the batter easier, cleaner, and more precise. They allow for consistent portions and prevent drips or messy spoons.

⭐️Make your life easy and use store bought chocolate sauce.

⭐️I recommend Double Stuff Oreos..
