Chocolate Covered Frozen Yogurt Raspberry Pistachio Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 228 grams of Farmland Fresh Dairies Whole MIlk Yogurt, Strained Overnight 1 Cup
  • 2 Tablespoon of Honey
  • ½ Teaspoon of Vanilla Bean Paste or Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Talespoons of Coarsely Chopped Roasted & Salted Pistachios
  • ½ Cup of Fresh Raspberries, Cut in half
  • 8 Ounces of Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Instructions
 

  • The night before you will be making the yogurt bites, place the 1 cup of yogurt in a strainer and place the strainer of a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and and place in the refrigerator overnight to drain.
  • Place the drained yogurt in a bowl and whisk in the honey and vanilla.
  • Add the pistachios and halved raspberries and gently fold in with a spatula.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Portion out the yogurt using a scoop.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer until the yogurt bites are frozen solid.
  • Melt the semi-sweet chocolate.
  • Drop a frozen yogurt bite into the melted chocolate and turn to coat , Remove the yogurt bites from the chocolate using a folk. Shake of the excess chocolate and place on the parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Repeat until all the bites have been coated with chocolate.
  • Place the sheet back in freezer until the chocolate is set.
  • Place the yogurt bites into a container and store in the freezer.
