Frosty and Delicious Frozen Hot Chocolate
“Frozen” Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 2 Cups of Ice Cubes
- ½ Cup of Farmland Fresh Dairies Whole Milk
- ¼ Cup of Farmland Fresh Dairies Heavy Cream
- 6 Tablespoons of Powdered Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons of Unsweetened Cocoa
- 4 Tablespoons of Instant Non-Fat Powdered Milk
- Pinch of Kosher Salt
- Extra Whipped Cream for Garnish
- A few teaspoons of Grated Chocolate
Instructions
- Add the ice cubes to the blender.
- In a seperete bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, cocoa, powdered milk and salt. Add it to the blender.
- Blend until all the ingredients until combined and the mixture is smooth and thick. You may need to scarpe down the sides and use the tamper to ensure everything is blending together.
- Pour into glasses or mugs and garnish with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
- Makes about 2 servings.
