My Version of Coor’s Field Dessert Nachos

This is the second in my recipe series where I recreate or put my own twist on some Major League Baseball Stadium Desserts.

These Dessert Nachos come from Coor’s Field, home of the Colorado Rockies.

From their description, I’m sticking pretty much to the original, but with my addition of chocolate sauce.

This was a fun dessert to make and delicious too!! Those Rockies are on to something!

STAR BAKER TIPS

⭐️ You only need about 1″ of oil to fry the tortilla chips.

⭐️ Using the tines of a fork, dock each of the tortilla chips before frying. This will help them to remain flat and not puff up.

⭐️ Make your life easy and use store bought caramel and chocolate sauce.

⭐️ Best served immediately.
